Junior Financial Controller
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Main responsibilities of the position:
- Preparation of IFRS reporting financials for SPVs and supporting calculations
- Current support for senior controllers:
- analysis of transactions for accounting treatment
- review of accounts to ensure correct treatment and unification of accounting rules
- assisting in implementation of new tools/reports for the expanding business
- ad-hoc reconciliations
- Collaborating with external service providers
- Tracking and analyzing budget variances
- Participation of invoices approval process.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in real estate sector (multinational exposure is an advantage)
- Experience in working on multiple SPVs portfolio
- Good understanding of IFRS and transition form Polish GAAP
- Experience in cooperation with external service providers
- Excel advanced (knowledge of PowerQuery, PowerBI are welcome)
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
